Any equipment, just like your car, requires regular inspection and maintenance. You regularly change the oil, spark plugs, brake pads, and other parts in your car — your commercial HVAC equipment requires the same care and attention to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Standard Commercial Annual Maintenance
$199 per year — 2 visits per year
$359 per year — 4 visits per year
If the HVAC units were not installed by Fuse Service, we must first perform an initial inspection before enrolling the units in our Membership program. If the units are dirty or require cleaning, Fuse Service must complete the cleaning before enrollment.
Cleaning services must be paid separately; however, we are happy to provide a 15% labor discount for this initial cleaning service.
After enrollment in the Membership program, routine cleaning and washing services covered by the maintenance plan will no longer require an additional payment, since they will be included as part of the program.
What Will I Get From Regular Maintenance?
Reduction of Energy Consumption & Lower Energy Bills
The steps included in preventive maintenance help test, inspect, and clean the key components of your HVAC system, which can support more efficient operation and help reduce unnecessary energy use.
Extended Equipment Life
Proper preventive maintenance can help keep your unit running at its best for longer.
Reduced Risk of Costly Repairs
Preventive maintenance helps identify potential issues with your HVAC system early, before they turn into expensive repairs or business interruptions.
Fulfillment of Warranty Requirements
Many manufacturers require proof of regular maintenance to keep warranty coverage valid.
Improved Air Quality and Proper Airflow
A clean HVAC system helps improve indoor air quality and supports proper airflow throughout the property.
Safety
Regular inspections can help detect potential safety concerns, including gas leaks, electrical issues, or cracks in critical components.
How Often Should I Do Preventive Maintenance?
We recommend having your HVAC unit professionally maintained twice a year — once in the spring and once in the fall.
This applies to systems such as furnaces and standard central air conditioners. If you use a heat pump system year-round, maintenance should be scheduled every 6 months.
The age, condition, usage level, and type of your HVAC system may affect how often maintenance is needed.
What Does Standard Preventive Maintenance Include?
The maintenance checklist may vary depending on the type, age, condition, and manufacturer requirements of your HVAC system.
During a standard preventive maintenance visit, our technician may inspect and service key system components, including accessible filters, coils, electrical connections, thermostat operation, airflow, refrigerant levels when applicable, drainage, and overall system performance.
