Premium Residential Annual Maintenance
- $299 per year — 2 visits per year

Premium Commercial Annual Maintenance
- $359 per year — 2 visits per year

Eligibility
Residential and Commercial Premium Maintenance programs are available exclusively for clients whose HVAC systems were installed by Fuse Service on or after May 1, 2026.
Premium Membership is not available for HVAC systems installed by another company.
What Is Included in Premium Membership?
Premium Membership programs include not only scheduled maintenance services, but also repair coverage under the terms of the program.
Scheduled HVAC Maintenance
Premium members receive scheduled HVAC maintenance for their equipment. Your personal manager will contact you on time and remind you to schedule your maintenance visit.
Priority Service
Premium members receive priority service on their equipment. We aim to provide same-day service whenever possible, depending on availability and service area.
15% Labor Discount
Fuse Premium Membership participants receive a 15% labor discount on repairs or additional services, if such services are required.
One-Year Repair Guarantee
Fuse Service provides a one-year guarantee on repair jobs performed by our team, subject to the terms of the repair.
Dedicated Technician
Premium members receive support from a dedicated technician team familiar with their equipment and service history.

Warranty Information
When customers install HVAC equipment with Fuse Service, they receive:
- 1-year standard labor warranty
- 1 year of free maintenance
If the client enrolls in Residential Premium Maintenance, Fuse Service provides a 10-year labor warranty for residential HVAC units, subject to the terms of the Premium Maintenance program.
If the client enrolls in Commercial Premium Maintenance, Fuse Service provides a 5-year labor warranty for commercial HVAC units, subject to the terms of the Premium Maintenance program.
Extended labor warranty remains valid only while the customer stays enrolled in the applicable Premium Maintenance program.a 5-year labor warranty for commercial HVAC units, subject to the terms of the Premium Maintenance program.
What Does Standard Preventative Maintenance Check Include?

| Check for gas leaks and flue gas passageways. |
| Checking all limit switches. |
| Checking drain lines for proper flow and clear clogs (drain line cleaning not included). |
| Checking gas pressure. |
| Checking motor operations and lubricating motors bearing and moving parts. |
| Cleaning contaminations. |
| Cleaning or replacing air filters (filters of all sizes up to MERV8 are included). |
| Condenser coil cleaning. |
| Freon charge check (checking refrigerant pressure) (if required). |
| Fuses replace (if required). |
| Inspect cabinet for leaks and check cabinet door for secure closure. |
Cancellation Policy:
Premium Residential Maintenance
If at least one maintenance visit has already taken place, Fuse Service may charge $100 per residential unit for a one-time maintenance service instead of charging the full annual contract amount.
If Premium Residential Maintenance is cancelled, the 10-year labor warranty will also be cancelled and will no longer be valid.
Premium Commercial Maintenance
If at least one maintenance visit has already taken place, Fuse Service may charge $130 per commercial unit for a one-time maintenance service instead of charging the full annual contract amount.
If Premium Commercial Maintenance is cancelled, the extended labor warranty will also be cancelled and will no longer be valid.
Following the termination of the contract, the client is entitled to a 15% labor discount on their next one-time service with Fuse Service.
If no maintenance visits have been conducted, Fuse Service will refund the full amount paid by the client.
