Standard Residential Annual Maintenance:
$169 per year — 2 visits per year
$319 per year — 4 visits per year
If the HVAC units were not installed by Fuse Service, we must first perform an initial inspection before enrolling the units in our Membership program. If the units are dirty or require cleaning, Fuse Service must complete the cleaning before enrollment.
Cleaning services must be paid separately; however, we are happy to provide a 15% labor discount for this initial cleaning service.
After enrollment in the Membership program, routine cleaning and washing services covered by the maintenance plan will no longer require an additional payment, since they will be included as part of the program.
Price applies per one furnace and one air conditioner up to 5 tons. Please note that standard maintenance does not include free repairs.

- One year guarantee on all repairs: If we repair your equipment, we will guarantee the repairs for one year. This means that if the repair fails within one year, we will fix it for free on part that was replaced.

- Emergency call: In case of an emergency, feel free to reach out to us, and we will promptly arrange an appointment for you within 24 hours, even during heatwaves, even if our schedule is fully booked.
- Fully transferable: If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new location in our service area. This means that you will not have to start over with a new company.
- Telephone and text consultation: You can contact us by phone or text 365 days a year with any questions or concerns.

Warranty Information
When installing HVAC equipment with Fuse Service, customers receive:
- 1-year standard labor warranty
- 1 year of free maintenance
If the customer enrolls in Residential Premium Maintenance, Fuse Service provides a 10-year labor warranty for residential HVAC units, subject to the terms of the Premium Maintenance program.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation charges shall be reasonable and shall not exceed a predetermined percentage of the remaining contract value or any other mutually agreed-upon amount.
If at least one maintenance visit has already taken place, Fuse Service will charge $85 per residential unit for a one-time maintenance service instead of charging the full annual contract amount.
Following the termination of the contract, the client is entitled to a 15% labor discount on their next one-time service with Fuse Service.
If no maintenance visits have been conducted, Fuse Service will refund the full amount paid by the client.
If the technician performs tasks during the initial visit that are covered by the service contract but are not included in the standard one-time maintenance list, those services may be billed separately.
To avoid potential extra charges or penalties outlined in the contract, the client must submit a notice of contract withdrawal within 15 days.
