Fuse Service Residential Membership

Be protected with an annual residential HVAC service contract. Get the membership and stop worrying about your HVAC maintenance — we will take care of everything.

Different packages are available. Choose the plan that works best for you below.

Standard Residential Annual Maintenance:

$169 per year — 2 visits per year

$319 per year — 4 visits per year

If the HVAC units were not installed by Fuse Service, we must first perform an initial inspection before enrolling the units in our Membership program. If the units are dirty or require cleaning, Fuse Service must complete the cleaning before enrollment.

Cleaning services must be paid separately; however, we are happy to provide a 15% labor discount for this initial cleaning service.

After enrollment in the Membership program, routine cleaning and washing services covered by the maintenance plan will no longer require an additional payment, since they will be included as part of the program.

Price applies per one furnace and one air conditioner up to 5 tons. Please note that standard maintenance does not include free repairs.

Offers:

  • Two annual seasonal checks: We will check your HVAC equipment twice a year to make sure it is in good working order.
  • One year guarantee on all repairs: If we repair your equipment, we will guarantee the repairs for one year. This means that if the repair fails within one year, we will fix it for free on part that was replaced.
  • 15% Labor Discount: If you need any repairs subsequent to your initial two seasonal inspections, Fuse Service Company is pleased to offer you a 15% off labor on any repairs conducted by our team.
  • Dedicated technician team: You will be assigned a dedicated technician who will be responsible for your equipment. This means that you will always have a familiar face to work with.
  • Emergency call: In case of an emergency, feel free to reach out to us, and we will promptly arrange an appointment for you within 24 hours, even during heatwaves, even if our schedule is fully booked.
  • Fully transferable: If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new location in our service area. This means that you will not have to start over with a new company.
